Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic

SEARHC offers a broad range of behavioral health services with psychiatrists and behavioral health therapists on staff. Available behavioral health services vary by site and program. Please contact your local provider for more information about the services they offer.

The SEARHC Helpline, 1.877.294.0074, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to residents of Southeast Alaska. The crisis call center is staffed by a team of masters degree level mental health therapists who will listen and provide effective, compassionate and confidential care.

Outpatient behavioral health services are available to patients who are currently in Alaska.

Our Behavioral Health Department also offers:

  • Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults dealing with substance abuse. This program provides intense, daily nonresidential substance abuse treatment while allowing patients to continue with necessary activities such as work, school and family responsibilities.
  • Raven’s Way is an adolescent, residential, substance abuse treatment program. Referrals may be made by parents, community service providers, health councils, probation officers, schools and others.
  • Telebehavioral Health. The SEARHC telebehavioral health program provides the same confidential, caring service in your home community that you receive at our nationally recognized Behavioral Health Clinic in Sitka and Juneau — no travel necessary.
