Learning to let it go (Stress)

“Learning to let it go” with Doug Osborne will be held at 6:00 PM in the 1st floor conference room at the  Community Health Service building on the SEARHC campus.  1212 Seaward Ave.

  • Learn to recognize the signs of stress 
  • Build coping skills to combat stress 
  • Participate in stress reducing activities

SEARHC’s WISEWOMAN Women’s Health Program is hosting events throughout the month of February in honor of Go Red Month. Themes throughout the month will help women recognize and decrease their risk for cardiovascular disease.
