Goals: lose 7% of your body weight by eating healthier and exercising 150 minutes/week. The small group setting and evidence-based curriculum help support life-long changes.
All 16 weeks are free. The program is offered through SEARHC Health Promotion. All you need is a consult from your provider.
How can I sign up?
Ask your provider for a consult. If it has been awhile since your last visit, you may need to come in for a check-up to ensure you’re a good fit for this program. Call our front desk at (907) 766-6300 to schedule an appointment.
How long is the program?
The 16 weekly sessions span from September 13–January 10. The first introductory session is September 13, 2017.
Where is it located?
All sessions will be held at the Haines Health Center conference room.
