First Lady Donna Walker & Ms. Toni Mallott cordially invite you to attend a fundraising reception benefiting the Alaska Children’s TrustInvesting in our children safeguards their well-being today and assures the future success of our state. We know that children who grow up in safe and supportive homes and communities are much more likely to become capable and contributing adults. Most Alaskan children are growing up with these supports. Unfortunately, many do not. As the statewide lead organization, it is the mission of the Alaska Children’s Trust (ACT) to prevent child abuse and neglect. Since inception, ACT has invested nearly $5 million towards the prevention of child abuse and neglect across the state. We need your help in continuing our efforts to ensuring all Alaskan children grow up in safe, stable and nurturing environments.
On Tuesday, March 1st from 5:30-7PM, ACT’s annual fundraising event with First Lady Walker and Mrs. Mallott at the Governor’s House (716 Calhoun St, Juneau AK). Please consider supporting ACT through a donation and joining SEARHC at the event. ConocoPhillips is providing a $10,000 challenge grant – help surpass this challenge. It will be a fun evening. Please RSVP by February 24th to apaine@alaskachildrenstrust.org or call (907) 248-7676.
