Who Will Speak For You? How to Choose, or Be, a Health Care Agent

All southeast residents are invited to learn how to choose someone to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so and how to be a health care agent if asked by a friend or family member to take on this role.

Classes will be held Monday, September 28th at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday, September 30th at 6:00 p.m.

Who should attend?
Choosing a health care agent is important for everyone. Even if you’re healthy, identifying your agent means you’ll have someone prepared, and who you trust, to make decisions for your care should you suddenly need it.

Residents of all ages and health status are encouraged to attend.
