55 years or Older? Attend a Well-Balanced Class
SEARHC’s free six-week Well-Balanced program helps seniors 55 years and older remain active for as long as possible. Well-Balanced coaches, Sue Conrad and Emma Klein use exercise, education and social interaction to help participants:
- Learn how to prevent falls
- Engage in social activity
- Increase exercise level
