SITKA – SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) will host four new free “Doc Talks” presentations at the Hames Center beginning Wednesday, October 5.
SEARHC medical providers and health educators believe the best way to prevent illness and injury is through education. Reaching out to the community with a variety of topics presented by Mt. Edgecumbe Hospital’s medical providers is an excellent way to give Sitkans the opportunity to learn more about how to maintain their health. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions at each presentation.
The Doc Talks series is hosted by SEARHC Health Promotion and offered at no cost to ensure these valuable health-related presentations are accessible to everyone in the community. As an added convenience, there is no pre-registration required. Attendees can also look forward to healthy snacks and refreshments before each presentation.
