Diabetes Health During the Holidays

Please join SEARHC for a three-part series of discussions concerning managing diabetes over the busy holiday season. SEARHC healthcare professionals will discuss stress management during COVID, healthy eating for glycemic control and incorporating movement into your everyday life.

Each weekly session will be hosted by a healthcare professional that will provide education, facilitate discussion and answer questions you have always wanted to ask.
