Tai Chi is a gentle exercise for the entire body which integrates mind and body, improving balance, confidence, and muscular strength. Free classes made possible by the AK Division of Senior and Disabilities Services. For Juneau citizens age 60 and older. Meets Tuesday and Friday mornings for 8 weeks 9/27 – 11/18. Registration required.
