The event includes 4 sessions on Nutrition with Heleena VanVeen and Registered Dietitian Jessica Holland; and another 4 sessions on physical activity, with the goal to increase physical activity up to 150 minutes a week.
When: April 4th – May 23 on Tuesday’s from 12 – 1 pm
Where: Building 223, Tongass Dr. on the Sitka SEARHC campus
