Please let your doctor or nurse know if you have any concerns while visiting a SEARHC location. To provide you with the best quality health care, we need to hear your concerns and ideas about how we may better serve you.
If you would like to further communicate any concern, please complete email, write or call us about your concern. You may also pick up a feedback card at the front office of your local clinic.
Our Patient Experience Representatives (PERs)
The PERs are customer service liaisons for SEARHC patients and their medical providers. They listen, track and monitor trends based on customer feedback and recommend changes to improve SEARHC’s performance.
