Goals: lose 7% of your body weight by eating healthier and exercising 150 minutes/week. The small group setting and evidence-based curriculum help support life-long changes. 

All 12 weeks are free. The program is offered through SEARHC Health Promotion. Sessions are open to the whole community. 

Every session will be held on Wednesdays, October 4 through December 20, from 1-2 pm in the Kake Clinic conference room at SEARHC.
