Education 

Dr. Gannon earned his medical degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo. He completed a residency in emergency medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining SEARHC, Dr. Gannon spent 15 years working at the Salt Lake Veterans Affairs Hospital and also spent the five of those years working in the emergency room at Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, Utah. Before that, Dr. Gannon spent 10 years working in the emergency room at the Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and three years with the emergency room at Duchesne County/Uintah Basin Medical Center in Roosevelt, Utah.

Special Interests: 

Dr. Gannon has special interests in emergency medicine. He also enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and he hopes to learn kayaking in the near future.
