Diane E. Hill, Physician Assistant

Diane earned an associate's degree in nursing from Anchorage Community College (now part of the University Alaska Anchorage). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies and completed her physician assistant certification training at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, N.D. She spent 25 years as a registered nurse (RN) at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, including the last 20 years as an emergency room nurse. She holds a certified emergency nurse (CEN) from the Emergency Nurses Association. She also spent 10 years as a certified sexual assault nurse examiner in Fairbanks.
Diane's medical interests are emergency and internal medicine. She enjoys ornamental horticulture, swim-ming, biking, reading, politics and the study of human behavior. She holds regular office hours at both the Alicia Roberts Medical Center and the Thorne Bay Health Center. Her practice includes a focus on women's health.
