Dr. Hazen earned a dental degree from the University of Michigan. Interests: Dr. Hazen enjoys all areas of dentistry, including basic restorative work, crown and bridge, complete dentures and partial dentures, endodontics and periodontics. Dr. Hazen is semi-retired and provides inttermittant services in Haines and to older children through the pediatric dental program.
