Brett has a Masters of Education degree in educational psychology with a rehabilitation counseling emphasis from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature with a Spanish minor from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and he has an Associate of Science degree in computer science from Weber State. He holds licenses from the State of Alaska as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Dependency Counselor II (CDC II) and an Approved Counselor Supervisor for Professional Counselors.

Special Interests: 

Brett's specialties are batterers' intervention and adolescent substance abuse. He is treatment supervisor for the SEARHC Yéil Jeeyáx Raven's Way adolescent substance abuse treatment program. In his spare time, Brett enjoys his family, health, nutrition, exercise, longevity, language, culture and travel.
