Behavioral Health
Our Services
SEARHC offers a wide range of behavioral health services with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and behavioral health therapists on staff. Available behavioral health services vary by site and program. Please contact your local provider for more information about which of these services they offer.
Behavioral health services include:
- Individual, couples, and family therapy
- Children's services
- Psychiatric assessments and medication management
- Tele-behavioral health outreach services to outlying communities
- Individual treatment for psychological trauma
- Neurodevelopmental assessment and treatment for individuals with fetal alcohol conditions, autistic spectrum disorders, and speech/language or occupational therapy conditions that affect development
- Residential substance abuse treatment programs
- Substance abuse counseling and prevention services
- Behavioral health counseling and prevention services

Residential Treatment Facilities
- Gunaanastí Bill Brady Healing Center and Déilee Hít Safe Harbor House
Adult residential substance abuse treatment program and residential substance abuse treatment program for women. Referrals may be made by physicians, community service providers, mental health counselors, probation officers and tribal health councils. - Yéil Jeeyáx Raven's Way
Adolescent residential substance abuse treatment program. Referrals may be made by parents, community service providers, health councils, probation officers, schools, and others.

The SEARHC Help Line, 1-877-294-0074, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to residents of Southeast Alaska. The crisis call center is staffed by a team of master's degree- level mental health therapists who will listen and provide effective, compassionate and confidential care. - Telebehavioral Health
The SEARHC telebehavioral health program provides the same confidential, caring service in your home community that you receive at our nationally recognized Haa Toowóo Náakw Hít Behavioral Health Clinic in Sitka -- no travel necessary. - Behavioral Health Prevention Program
The SEARHC Behavioral Health Prevention Program works with Southeast Alaska communities to create effective ongoing strategies to prevent the use of alcohol and other drugs by youth.
