SEARHC's Compliance Hotline is a simple way for you to report activities that may involve ethical violations or violations of laws, regulations, policies, billing practices, or other criminal conduct. The Compliance Hotline is a voicemail system that allows you to leave an anonymous message concerning a violation.
Reporting a violation will allow SEARHC to stop the violation, prevent the violation from happening again, save money, and prevent government fines and sanctions.
Call the Compliance Hotline toll free at 1-866-891-8800. Your call will be answered by a voicemail system. The system will provide you with general information about leaving a message. The Compliance Administrator will review your message and start an investigation.
You're not required to identify yourself. However, if you leave your name and phone number, the Compliance Administrator will be able to contact you if more information is needed.
You can call the Compliance Hotline even if you're not sure there is a problem. But, please provide enough information (dates, times, staff involved, what happened, etc) about your concern. If not enough information is provided, the Compliance Administrator may not be able to start an investigation.
