Healthy Lifestyle sessions are held on Wednesdays, starting April 4 through June 20, time to be announced. 12 Healthy Lifestyle sessions will be at the Kake Clinic conference room at SEARHC. Must be 18 years or older to participate. 

Goals: lose 7% of your body weight by eating healthier and exercising 150 minutes/week. The small group setting and evidence-based curriculum help support life-long changes.
